Handle daily customer enquiries via phone calls
Follow up on transaction status and provide information that upon customers' request
Working in contact centre environment and handle multiple customer calls

What you'll need to succeed
Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
At least 3 years experience in the Banking Industry
Working Experience in working in Retail Banks
