Outstanding Business Development Manager opportunity for a leading learning solutions provider

Your new company

We represent one of the world's leading learning solution provider in the financial industry. They provide library, e-learning solutions and classroom training to institutional clients with primary focus in financial services. Due to their recent growth they are seeking a L&D Business Development Manager to join their sales team.

Your new role

Your core focus is to attract and maintain new institutional clients in financial industry such as banks and regulators. You will proactively approach C-levels to arrange product demos and build your sales pipeline strategically. As a Business Development Manager, you will work closely with the regional team members and provide insight for solution customisation.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful individual within this role, you will be someone has at least 3 years of experience in solution sales. You have a deep understanding in consultative sales method and a proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets in financial industry. You had experience in handling end-to-end sales which starts from lead generation to implementation execution and you are a great team players who can efficiently coordinate with internal stakeholders. Fluent English is a must and Cantonese or Mandarin is an advantage.
