Assistant Manager, C&B job for an Asian corporate bank to drive their C&B initiatives

Your new company
We are partnering with a leading Asian corporate bank with a growing presence in the country and have rapid expansion plans. In light of this, they are looking for an Assistant Manager, C&B to join their dynamic team.

Your new role
This position reports into the Head of Compensation & Benefits. Your responsibilities will include monthly payroll processing and all related payments, administer overtime policy and overtime allowances, administer activities for local employee benefits (for instance Provident Fund, Group Life Insurance, Reimbursement Programme, Industrial Accident Insurance, Rental Reimbursement Programme and so on) and maintain the staff leave records. On top of this, your focus will also include administering compensation benchmark surveys, assist in bonus allocation and salary review and promotion exercise, prepare regular expense report and assist in expatriates management and related visa administration.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or business related disciplines
  • Have at least 5 years' experience in Compensation and Benefits preferably gain in Banking or Financial Services
  • Sound knowledge in HK Employment Ordinance & other statutory regulations;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • A team player, well-organized, detail-minded and self-motivated
  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
