Job Description

Assistant Manager, HR and Admin job for a diversified business to drive all their HR and Admin initiatives

Your new company
We are currently partnering with a diversified investment firm and they are expanding rapidly in the region. As they are going through some exciting changes, they are looking for an Assistant Manager, HR and Admin to join their growing team.

Your new role
This position reports into the Head of HR. Your responsibilities will include:

  • End to end recruitment, including screening, interviewing, and testing applicants
  • Assisting in payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences, bonus and leaves and calculating MPF
  • Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
  • Prepare paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate HR projects, meetings and training seminars
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal communications
  • Provide orientations for new employees by sharing on boarding packages and explaining company policies

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • Proven work experience in HR and Administration
  • Excellent working knowledge of HR policies and procedures as well as the local HK employment regulations
  • Experience in managing and resolving people related issues
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Good communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is required
