An Administration Manager job in a leading Food & Beverage company in Tsuen Wan.

Your new company
You'll be working for a reputable market-leader within the Food & Beverage industry who is looking for an Administration Manager to be based in their office in Tsuen Wan, Hong Kong. With an aggressive growth plan and the vision to become a better leader in its field, it continues to gain market share over its competitors.

Your new role
You will be an Administration Manager with excellent office admin and organisation skills. You will provide secretarial and admin support to the CEO in Hong Kong including:

  • Calendar management, meetings and conference arrangement
  • Office administration and office management duties
  • Liaise and partner with various departments and teams in the company
  • Ad hoc admin work in the office
  • Lead a team of 2-3 in providing administrative support for the business

What you'll need to succeed
What you'll need to succeed To be successful in this role you must be:

  • 4 years+ of experience in admin experience
  • Able to enjoy working with a growing company and energetic environment
  • Consider yourself as patient and detail-minded
  • Good command in MS Office and computer use
  • Diploma or above
