Job Description

Manager Project Management - Packaging

Location: Hong Kong, Hong Kong, HK

 Work cross functionally in a multi-disciplinary packaging development team including packaging engineers, packaging designers, studio photographers to innovate best in class toys’ packaging around the world, and deliver them within cost budget, timeline target and quality standards. 

Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead and monitor the development & delivery of packaging.   Manage resources and identify, monitor and mitigate risks; and to ensure projects are executed and completed on time, within budget and within scope.
  • Work with the all relevant stakeholders from various disciplines and external partners (including but not limited to Product Development, QA, Costing, Sourcing, Planning) to define project scope and objectives and deliver project goals from brand focus and plan solutions when needed for achieving the targets.  Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, ensure resource availability and allocation; and monitor and summarize progress of projects. 
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.  Participate Topline milestone meetings / Team reviews and drive the team to resolve issues raised in the meetings
  • Act as communication hub for all packaging development & delivery information with inside & outside stakeholders
  • Maintain, and continuously improve milestone / Highlight / Management reports and ensure data is accurate in informational systems.

Requirement:
 

  • Bachelor degree in related discipline
  • 7 years of relevant experience with at least 2 years in project management in multinational firms
  • Excellent partnership and communication skills. Able to work in a fast-evolving environment
  • Good problem solving skills and critical thinking. 
  • Able to handle projects independently to manage resources and identify, monitor and mitigate risks
