Job Description


•   Conduct pre-handover unit inspection and monitor initial cleaning works;
•   Prepare handover documents and materials;
•   Deliver quality handover and customer services for all new development projects;
•   Assist in handover booking arrangement and answer hotline enquires;
•   Handle general enquiries and complaints & take follow-up actions;
•   Coordinate with project team for defect rectification works;
•   Perform ad hoc tasks assigned

•   HKALE (A-Level) / HKDSE or above;
•   Experience in handover of residential properties is a definite advantage;
•   Proactive, detailed-minded and good interpersonal skills
•   Capable to work under pressure
•   Customer-oriented and good communication skills
•   Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
•   Shift duty is required;
•   Immediate available is preferred;
•   Fresh graduates will also be considered
