Housekeeping Clerk

Location: Fortress Hill

Job Description

  • Handle incoming phone calls and guests' enquiries
  • Provide administrative support in preparing reports and records keeping
  • Shift duties will be required

Job Requirements

  • Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or related discipline
  • Experience in hotel or service industry will be preferred
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Service-oriented, pleasant personality with good communication skill
  • Fresh graduates will also be welcomed
