Requirements

  • At least 5 years hotel working experience with minimum 3 years at senior managerial position.
  • College degree or equivalent professional hotel training.
  • Sound leadership and a smart decision maker.
  • Positive attitude towards challenge.
  • Initiative to drive business and continuous improvement.
  • Independent & ability to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work for flexible duty hours.
  • Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken Cantonese and English.
