ASSISTANT OPERATIONS & SERVICES MANAGER (5-DAY WORK)
The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing the property management services standard of our prime office / retail premises. Duties included monitoring the performance of vendors in the aspect of various property management services, conducting briefing and regular training to frontliners and vendors for improving services provisions, performing quality audit, night check as well as attending regular meetings on performance and quality review etc. Working on duty roster during weekends, statutory and general holidays is required.
Applicants should be Degree holder in Property Management or Facilities Management, Hospitality or related discipline with at least 6 years’ relevant experience at supervisory level in shopping mall and commercial building management, preferably with professional membership in recognized organizations. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all levels, mature, strong enthusiasm with solution-oriented mindset are required. Candidate with less experience may be considered as Senior Operation Officer.
