Global Banking - Financial Institutions Group Department

We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Temporary Client and Portfolio Management Officer (6 to 12 months).

Principal responsibilities:
  • Assist to perform client management function and ensure onboarding related business compliance for Financial Institutions Group (FIG) counterparty portfolio
  • Conduct client consent process, FATCA client classification and standard customer due diligence process for FIG in compliance with the Group's requirements
  • Assist to implement initiatives to improve FIG client onboarding and KYC completion process, and strengthen the operational control
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline
  • Minimum of three years' banking experience, with good compliance sense and knowledge of financial institutions business / operations or client management an advantage
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
