Senior Telesales Representative

Consumer Assets - Telesales and Customer Relationship Department

Telesales and Customer Relationship Department is responsible for promoting products of Credit Card, Personal Loan, Mortgage and Secured OD across different customer bases and to achieve higher sales targets. The Department also manages the performances of portfolio review, card authorization, customer relationship and Contact Centres in China to maximize profitability and provide quality service to the customers.

Should you join our Secured Loans business, you will work closely with our professional, innovative and committed staff to develop and enhance secured loan products to meet the changing needs of customers in a dynamic market environment and to deliver premium services to our customers.

We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Senior Telesales Representative.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Deliver round the clock quality customer services and achieve sales targets through inbound and outbound channels
  • Cross-sell loan products (card, personal loan, etc.) when customer's needs are being identified in order to reach the sales achievement for the department
  • Liaise and coordinate with parties concerned in resolving customers' complaints / feedback timely and drive for service improvement so as to improve customer experience
  • Support team leader on daily operations and related administrative tasks
  • Make referral to the relevant team or colleagues to fulfill customer's needs
  • Higher Diploma or above, with at least five subjects at Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above in the HKCEE / HKDSE, including Chinese, English and Mathematics
  • Minimum 2 years' customer service experience, with exposure to hotline services an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills, with ability to work under pressure
  • Willing to work on flexi-hours or shift ba
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
