Risk and Administration is dedicated to manage operational risk, internal control, quality and sustainability across Operations, Services and Technology. We also play a key role in driving robust service culture by managing customer feedback and incidents to ensure service delivery excellence, as well as providing consistent and strong operational support to our business partners on procurement management, financial planning and knowledge management.

Should you join our Procurement department of Risk and Administration function, you will contribute in product sourcing including vendor identification and evaluation, preparation of tender proposal, contract terms negotiation, and order administration. You will work closely with various departments to understand their operational and procurement needs, so as to structure comprehensive solutions to aid them to operate efficiently and excellently.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Procurement Officer (1 year contract).

Principal responsibilities:
  • Provide best in class Procurement services to support Retail Banking project with 100% in accordance to purchasing policy requirement
  • Perform end-to-end procurement process, vendor risk management and contract management
  • Source and negotiate for a lowest cost of ownership to the Bank
  • Liaise with internal clients to analyze business needs and develop appropriate procurement plans
  • Provide guidance to users and other stakeholders to ensure purchasing and Vendor Risk Management requirements are fully implemented
  • Timely response to internal users' purchase requirement
  • University Graduate in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
  • Minimum 3 years' procurement experience preferably in IT area
  • Strong knowledge in purchasing process, tender documents and contracts
  • Strong skill in communication, negotiation and supplier management
  • Strong writing skill for preparation of tender documents, contracts, purchase proposals
  • Good relationship management skills with internal and external parties;
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
