We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to IPS Account Services Section as Senior Customer Service Representative.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Provide quality phone banking services to different types of customer
  • Process customer requests in a professional manner
  • Handle customer opinion/feedback timely to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Keep abreast of the banking knowledge and meet the compliance/regulatory requirements
  • Diploma or Degree Holder; Form Five with relevant working experience will also be considered
  • Require to work with flexi-hours
  • Strong customer service orientation, with good communication and phone skills
  • Willing to share ideas with colleagues and enjoy teamwork
  • With drive to learn for growth in the banking industry
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Relevant professional qualification in insurance and investment an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
