We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Business Transformation Manager.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Drive project execution under the Bank's Retail Transformation Programme
  • Work closely with project teams and other stakeholders to proactively manage projects under different workstreams
  • Monitor and track project status on a regular basis under the Programme's governance structure and provide oversight from PMO's perspective
  • Communicate effectively between project teams
  • Identify and address projects' emerging risks and issues, and escalate them to appropriate management for timely attention or resolution before materialization
  • Attend regular project meetings with project teams and other supporting functions
  • Ensure project documentation is complete and up-to-date
  • Prepare regular project status update to management and relevant committees
  • Prepare management reports, conduct business researches and participate in ad hoc projects to explore new business opportunities
Requirements:
  • Prepare management reports, conduct business researches and participate in ad hoc projects to explore new business opportunities
  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in project management covering the entire project life cycle
  • Good knowledge of retail banking and wealth management businesses, with strong business acumen and general understanding of retail business operation
  • Strong self-motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good analytical, problem solving, report writing skills and analytical capabilities to deal with ambiguities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Experience to influence and collaborate with stakeholders to execute project plans
  • Good knowledge of application software including MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
