Channels Management

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Multichannel Planning & Logistics Management Manager.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Manage multi-channel integration strategy to unify the operation & systems workflow and ensure the consistency in service delivery
  • Analyze the existing business processes to identify the improvement area
  • Drive the new initiatives for enhancing Customer experience, uplift the cost / operation efficiency and effectiveness, increase sales capacity and meet the internal & external compliance requirement
  • Drive and implement initiatives by liaising with business partners to meet the delivery schedule
  • Support the post-implementation evaluation for continuous improvement
Requirements:
  • University Graduate in Business Administration, Computer Science or a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with exposure in different sales and services models
  • Familiar with Branch sales and operation processes
  • Have led project on banking system will be an advantage
  • Strong self-motivation, creativity and ability to work independently
  • Good communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great Sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
