We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Multichannel Manager.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate with technical team and project stakeholders for product/service/ system implementation
  • Prepare documents for project implementation, such as User Requirement, Test Plan, User manual etc.
  • Support project coordination, progress update, management information reporting, testing, user deployment, user training and service launch
  • Manage the overall project planning, implementation, control and completion of specific banking projects
  • University Degree holder
  • Excellent decision making and problem solving ability
  • Ability to handle project independently in different stages from inception to completion
  • Mature, self-motivated, results-oriented with good project management and analytical skills
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiating skills
  • Strong judgmental skills to identify and resolve problems
  • Good command of both written & spoken English & Cantonese
  • Good team leadership skills
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
(Candidates with less qualifications and experience will be considered as Assistant Multichannel Manager.)
