We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Manager, People Admin and Data (1 year contract).

Principal responsibilities:
  • Deliver customer centric and operationally effective HR Operational services to employees consistently across the region, implementing and executing the operational model as designed by the Global HR Service Delivery team
  • Drive the creation of a customer centric organization, aligning objectives and outcomes around the need of the customers
  • Deliver services to customers in line with agreed quality and standards
  • Ensure the Risk & Control framework is operating effectively
  • Ensure compliant with vendor management due diligence
  • Robust financial planning and execution of the annual operating plan for the team
  • University degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR projects and transformation processes
  • Experience in financial institutions or listed companies preferred
  • Sound knowledge of project planning and management
  • Ability to work under pressure, with good communication and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
