We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager Business Insight Management (Campaign Lead).

Principal responsibilities:
  • To champion the entire end-to-end sales and marketing campaign customer leads production process and ensure quality deliverable in a timely manner.
  • To collaborate with business and clearly understand the business requirement of campaign requests.
  • To review and work out the analytic/logistic issues of the campaign requests with business and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and business value.
  • To lead a team of campaign analysts in both HK and GuangZhou to manage the customer leads production, including technical translations of business requirement, job allocation to the campaign analysts, coaching of SAS programming and progress monitoring.
  • To ensure the quality of each deliverables by performing quality check with zero-tolerance of error.
  • To constantly review the entire campaign process and proactively provide suggestion to uplift both the efficiency and quality in terms of people management, process flow and systems enhancement.
  • University degree in Computer Science, Data and Information Management or other related discipline.
  • At least 8 years experiences in Information and Data Management, leads and campaign management in the financial industry.
  • With substantial hands-on experience in the campaign production cycle and process in banking industry.
  • Good knowledge of financial organization and its products & services, processes and pertinent regulations affecting their delivery.
  • Proven track record of communicating effectively with business, operation and technology teams.
  • With good knowledge of SAS and SQL programming skill.
  • Must be details-oriented and attentive person.
  • With ability to lead a team of specialists - HK and offshore for a smooth and efficient work migration.
  • Good leadership, organizational, problem solving, influencing and written and spoken communication skills.
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
