We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Manager Business Insight Management.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Lead task force for the formulation of implementation approach for data management platform migration supporting financial risk assessment for private banking and retail banking customers
  • Partner with regional IT and project teams on key milestones including UAT, the design of test cases, and related investigation for multiple sites including HK, Macau and China
  • Set up and enhance the technological infrastructure for data management, CRM optimization and execution of the retail banking business' analytics and CRM strategy
  • Support the design and development of MI reporting platform and application tools for standardization and enhanced efficiency
  • Manage and support leads and campaign production cycle and process, including the migration of production work to the offhore centre
Requirements:
  • University degree in Computer Science, Data and Information Management or other related discipline
  • Minimum eight years' retail banking experience in information and data management
  • Hands-on experience in the design and development of MI reporting platform / database system
  • Prior experience in leading and managing multi-functional projects
  • Prior experience in Business Intelligence development using Cognos would be an asset
  • Strong self-motivation with excellent leadership, organizational, problem solving and influencing skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business, operation and technology teams
  • Hands-on experience in writing UNIX/LINUX shell script is a MUST
  • Good knowledge and/or experience in UNIX/LINUX OS, Windows Server, VBA, SQL and SAS
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
