We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Digital Banking Manager.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Formulate strategies to drive the next generation of digital banking
  • Design effective digital propositions that deliver financial results and flawless customer experiences
  • Act as the business lead to drive the digital projects on P2G platform
  • Accelerate the ambitious growth in mobile banking usage
  • Interpret digital journey and engagement effectiveness, and identify learning, insights and actions
  • University graduate with around 5 years of relevant experience is preferred
  • Digital savvy with keen interests in web and mobile technologies and trends
  • Strong business acumen and analytical ability, with self-initiation and drive to achieve excellence
  • Be open-minded and self-motivated with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • Good presentation and project management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet pressing deadline
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
