We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Customer Service Representative (Part-time).

Principal responsibilities:
  • Provide quality phone banking services in our Customer Contact Centre
  • Handle customer enquiries in an efficient and professional manner to maintain high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Non-final year university students from all disciplines are welcome
  • Minimum of one year's customer service experience, with experience in hotline services is preferred
  • Strong customer service orientation, with good communication and phone skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in Putonghua an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
