Global Banking - Financial Institutions Group Department

Should you join our Global Banking business, you will work as a business financial specialist and help our corporate customers with their financial decisions. You will work closely with them to understand their needs, business uniqueness and competitive edge, and tailor flexible, versatile and long-term financial solutions that best meet their requirements. You will also help in forecasting their future development and expansion needs.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professionals to join our department as Business and Credit Management Manager.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Implement Global Standards on Anti-Money Laundering and Sanction Policy and ensure the department's business and systems are compliant
  • Drive and complete the initiatives on Global Standards
  • Coordinate with relevant parties within the Bank to complete the remediation plan for Customer Due Diligence
  • Implement the standardization of customer data to enable assessment of financial crime risk of FI customers
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related discipline
  • Minimum of three years' banking experience, with good compliance sense and knowledge of financial institutions business / operations an advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
