Commercial Banking - Global Trade and Receivables Finance - Sales and Client Management

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Unit Manager.

Principal Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for business administration / support function including arrangement of courier services, external storage and management of mailing room
  • Supervise and oversee the review of credit proposal and credit report
  • Responsible for checking / counter-checking of trade transactions including DC, bills and related advance and resolve discrepancies in documents with customers
  • Coach junior colleagues for problem solving and enquires
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration, International Business and related discipline
  • Candidates of secondary school graduates could be considered if processing a solid administration experience
  • Minimum of 7 years' banking experience with knowledge in trade finance is an advantage
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Good communication, analytical and presentation skills, with sound knowledge of application software such as MS Excel and Access an advantage
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantage
