Telesales and Customer Relationship Department

Telesales and Customer Relationship Department is responsible for promoting products of Credit Card, Personal Loan, Mortgage and Secured OD across different customer bases and to achieve higher sales targets. The Department also manages the performances of portfolio review, card authorization, customer relationship and Contact Centres in China to maximize profitability and provide quality service to the customers.

We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Assistant Sales & Support Manager.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to provide efficient and quality authorization services to cardholders and merchants as well as handle cardholders' enquiries / over-limit requests on card usage
  • Ensure the performance of authorization hotline is above the service pledge
  • Handle authorization request
  • Ensure the provision of efficient card loss reporting / emergency service to cardholders
  • Monitor the authorization activities and take appropriate actions to minimize the Bank's loss
  • Ensure the provision of reliable authorization services by monitoring the authorization system network
  • Conduct regular reviews on daily operations and make recommendations to enhance customer services
  • Diploma in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in card operations with good knowledge of credit card authorization control and credit judgment
  • Good communication and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Shift duty is required on Saturday, Sunday, public holidays and / or overnight
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
  • Great Sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
