Private Banking and Trust Services

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Product Development and Client Experience Manager.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Participate in the development and implementation of various private banking products and services to acquire market share and to maximize profit for the Bank
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on development and enhancement of private banking products / services as well as smooth implementation of system enhancement projects
  • Conduct market intelligence for keeping abreast of the latest market trends and formulate / develop analytic models to facilitate business and management decisions
  • Provide product briefing and support to relationship management teams to ensure their awareness of the operating procedures and regulatory guidelines in conducting sales and related activities
  • University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant professional qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience, with good knowledge of investment and insurance products
  • Strong motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with good knowledge of application software
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset with good communication skill
