We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Human Resources Manager.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Prepare Annual Operation Plan and monitor cost trend of HR
  • Support the cost tracking activities of HR and consolidate regular / ad-hoc returns
  • Provide timely and accurate MI on people trends to support management decision
  • Track closely on Group's recharge and complete settlement timely
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and events
Requirements:
  • University degree in Management, Business Studies, HR or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR and/or Accounting in banking and finance industry
  • Familiar with local Employment Ordinance, HR Best Practice and related banking regulations
  • Well organized with good analytical, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
