We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our department as Assistant HR Manager.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Work as a business partner to identify needs, manpower planning and provide HR advisory services
  • Provide solutions and recommendations to business for general HR matters and staff issues
  • Keep abreast of the latest development in HR management, statutory requirements and market practices so as to make recommendations for changes as appropriate
Requirements:
  • University degree in HR Management, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in human resources management with solid experience as HR Business Partner and advisory services within a sizable organization, preferably with exposure to finance or professional services industries
  • Proactive and ambitious with strong business acumen
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong multi-tasking, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Well-versed in communication, interpersonal and project management skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
