Retail Distribution - Greater China Sales Development Department

Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 250 branches and automated banking centres, including over 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our Greater China Sales Development Department as Assistant Greater China Sales Development Manager.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Take the lead in devising and implementing projects on Greater China business strategies under Retail Distribution
  • Initiate and lead sales development projects for Greater China customers such as acquisition and loyalty programs
  • Formulate plans to provide enhanced services to cater for customers' banking needs across border; coordinate with various stakeholders and relevant parties to execute related projects and initiatives
  • Maintain close ties with Hang Seng China team in providing customers with value-added services across both Hong Kong and China
  • Devise business proposals and management reports from time to time
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis for keeping abreast of the latest market trends and industry news in both Hong Kong and China
Requirements:
  • University degree in Business Administration or a related discipline, preferably with knowledge in channel development
  • Minimum 4 years of banking experience, with China market exposure an advantage
  • Good leadership, project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong motivation, with the ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Proficiency in English, Putonghua and Cantonese
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
