We are seeking a high caliber to join our Web Content Management Team as Assistant Digital Banking Manager.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy web content in a timely and accurate manner with proper execution of control and release procedures
  • Coordinate with business users and IT development team to ensure dynamic update and releases on the Bank's website and mobile applications
  • Serve as the digital subject matter expert of all digital and marketing programs
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project planning and execution
  • Monitor the progress of e-product and e-services development, and develop online customer journey with enhanced customer experience and satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project planning and execution
  • Identify business opportunities for improving competitiveness of online business
  • University degree in web design, computer science, information system or a related discipline
  • Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery
  • Minimum of two years' experience in web content management
  • Keen interest in latest mobile, web technologies and trends
  • Self-motivation with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • Detail oriented, ability to work under pressure and meet pressing deadline
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Knowledge of Adobe Marketing Suite is a plus
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
