We are currently seeking high caliber professionals to join our team as Assistant Digital Banking Manager to provide fact based data driven insights on customer behavior that direct change in the business and drive incremental revenue.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Implement digital banking strategies for new business initiatives and proposition
  • Manage digital projects related to our Bank's online channels on mobile and desktop platforms
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors on project planning and execution
  • Monitor market trend and carry out competitive analysis of digital market
  • Monitor the progress of e-product and e-services development, and develop online customer journey with enhanced customer experience and satisfaction, especially on mobile platforms
  • Identify business opportunities for improving competitiveness of online business
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline
  • Minimum of three years' experience in related project management and implementation
  • Keen interest in latest mobile and web technologies and trends
  • Knowledge of mobile application platforms/mobile web/web and experience in online payment system or application development projects would be an advantage
  • Self-motivation with good communication, interpersonal, problem solving skills and strong sense of responsibility
  • Detail-oriented, ability to work under pressure and meet pressing deadline
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Application (particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
