Commercial Banking - Business Banking

Hang Seng's Commercial Banking business provides customized one-stop financial solutions to our corporate customers, from prime small and medium-sized businesses to publicly listed companies.

For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Customer Service & Support Manager.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Assist in driving the implementation of various business initiatives in Business Banking
  • Support the execution of compliance checking and provide assistance in deploying governance procedures and standards to ensure effective risk management and regulatory compliance in Business Banking
  • Collaborate with different departments to work out resolution for customer enquiries
  • Maintain a sustained and reliable support service to build good relationship with customer
  • Help deliver campaign and initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and stickiness and boost up the utilization of various banking services
  • Share best practices on sales support, review sales procedures and ensure sales compliance
  • Provide guidance to junior team members on banking operations
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum of 4 year's relevant experience in banking industry an advantage
  • Completed HKSI / IIQE exams and relevant investment and insurance sales licenses an advantage
  • Strong self-motivation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua preferred
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to delier exceptional quality servies for customers
