Private Banking and Trust Services - Private Banking Department

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Assistant Client Service Manager.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Assist the relationship managers in managing customers' assets and investment portfolios by monitoring asset allocation, product mix and risk exposure
  • Assist in developing and maintaining customer relationship by making servicing calls and handling customers' enquiries
  • Handle the daily administration of customer accounts including investment, loans, deposits and other banking transactions
  • University degree in a related discipline OR other relevant qualifications
  • Passes in the HKSI licensing examinations
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in banking with knowledge of investment and insurance products; experience in dealing with high net-worth customers an advantage
  • Good sales and service mindset, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of application software
  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua and other dialects an advantage
  • High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
