Steward/Stewardess

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for controlling all aspects in the execution of banquet functions
  • Performs all necessary tasks to serve food & beverage for functions and events
  • Coordinate the setup for the event and arranging table settings according to type of event and service standards
  • Responsible for the maintenance and the upkeep of the service equipment/ materials
  • Coordinate the outside catering functions

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 5 years f&b experience (serving VIP experience is a plus)
  • Excellent command in verbal and written English and Cantonese, good understanding of Putonghua a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Word Processing (English and Chinese)
  • Attention to accuracy and follow up with details
  • Able to work independently and being a team-player
