Job Description

Senior Officer – Talent Management

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the full spectrum of HR business partnering services including recruitment and account services to the designated departments
  • Support line management to drive business growth and achieve company objectives
  • Maintain manpower planning and control to ensure a sustainable manpower pipeline to the Company
  • Ensure all HR practices & policies are in line with Company policies and statutory requirements
  • Be responsible for preparation of awards application, statistical and management reports
  • Participate in ad hoc projects

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience of which 2 years must be in a supervisory level
  • Conversant with the Labour Ordinances & Statutory regulations in Hong Kong
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft office applications
