Senior Officer / Officer – Learning & Development

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, developing and executing Corporate Training Initiatives, Projects and Programs, especially the Management Trainee Program
  • Work closely with various departments to identify training and development needs
  • Explore different training means for enhancing training effectiveness
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required

Qualification

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations or listed companies with good knowledge of learning and development, curriculum design and delivery, handle Management Trainee Program
  • candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
  • Pro-active, self-motivated, detail-orientated and willing to take up challenge
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Putonghua
  • Strong interest in people development
  • Outstanding project management skills and communication skills
  • Occasional travel to China to facilitate training events is required
