Job Description

Officer – Talent Development & Employee Relations

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and execute Employee Relations and Welfare projects and tasks for both Hong Kong and Mainland employees
  • Support the full cycle of Management Trainee and Internship Program including recruitment, training and development
  • Support budget preparation, other duties and ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations or listed companies with good knowledge of learning and development, curriculum design and delivery, handle Management Trainee Program;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong project management, presentation, facilitation and coaching skills
  • Detail-minded and analytical
  • Fluency in spoken and written English and Mandarin
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
