Officer/ Assistant Officer – Property Sales (Mainland)

Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative work and provide general administrative support in relations to property sales and marketing activities
  • Assist in implementation of sales and marketing strategies for residential projects
  • Prepare property sales related reports
  • Co-ordinate and make preparations for meetings to the team
  • Handle and assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Real Estate/ Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably with property sales experience in sizeable organizations
  • Detail-oriented, proactive and organized
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office application e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Occasional travel to Mainland is required
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
