Central Marketing Manager (Event Marketing)

Responsibilities

  • Distill the brand & marketing strategy, and develop effective and innovative event concepts as cross portfolio initiatives
  • Provide guidelines to local markets and make sure the event objectives are achieved and properly implemented
  • Manage agencies and build related network
  • Communicate and coordinate across teams and local markets on production and delivery of events and campaigns
  • Review proposals from local teams and drive for enhancement
  • Collect feedback, measure KPIs and produce reports and presentations
  • Support opening of new malls

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Marketing, Design or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of agency and/or in-house experience in event marketing, experience in role with regional scope an advantage
  • Experience in China is preferred
  • Strong organization with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Creative and strong work ethics; an initiator rather than a follower
  • Able to work independently, an energetic and sensible team player with self-motivation and positive working attitude
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
  • Travel to the Mainland may be required
