Assistant Officer – Service Delivery

Responsibilities

  • Carry out property management activities and frontline management within the assigned shopping mall and office tower
  • Supervise the cleaning, landscaping and/or security contractors according to the service contract
  • Perform and manage the whole procurement exercise from the vendor to delivery
  • Implement business strategies for achieving better operational efficiency
  • Assist in implementation of shopping mall promotion activities and seasonal   events
  • Support ad hoc projects if required

Requirements

  • Degree in Property Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in mall management
  • Able to work in diverse environments, self-motivated and mature
  • Strongly committed to develop a career in property management of properties
  • Good command of English and Chinese
