Job Description

Assistant Manager (Mainland)


  • To be responsible for recruiting, coaching and developing mainland HR teams in response to the expansion need in China
  • To act as the business partner to the management team in Mainland and to coordinate with local HR teams in providing all-rounded HR services
  • To be responsible for preparation of statistical and management reports
  • To participate in HR alignment exercise and other ad hoc projects


  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years of experience of which 2 years must be in a supervisory level in sizable organizations or listed companies
  • Possess good knowledge of the Mainland Labour Ordinance and HR practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
  • Travel to Mainland is required
