Job Description

Assistant Manager - Business Planning


  • Maintain and enhance database as well as ensure high data accuracy of inputs and outputs to effectively provide data analytics solution and business recommendations
  • Represent Business Planning team in the cross-functional BI project team, including attendance of weekly meetings for project planning, setting milestones, problem solving, execution, internal and management communication
  • Develop and enhance continuously the data outputs and reports for management
  • Collect and centralise information from internal and external parties and channel the information to relevant users
  • Guide, train and audit different user groups in HK and Mainland to ensure their incoming data are correct and compliant to the Group's data policy
  • Develop data usage policy, requirement specifications, SOP, UAT plan, forms, etc. and assist internal users in UAT, data governance and project implementation


  • At least 10 years of working experience, ideally in relevant sectors such as property and retail
  • Solid experience in managing internal database and producing outputs is a must
  • Strong business mindset and analytical skill
  • Ability to communicate effectively, clearly and concisely both internally and externally
  • Logical, attention to details, proactive, self-motivated, curious, with good communication and multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
  • A good team player with internal and external parties
  • Proficiency in MS office including PowerPoint, Excel, Word; ability to build business model and proficiency in SPSS, SQL, COGNOS, Power BI or other statistical tools is a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written English as well as Chinese (Putonghua)
  • Occasional travel to the Mainland is required
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for Senior Officer – Business Planning
