Job Description

Sales Administration Manager


  • Lead and supervise sales support team to provide administrative support to Business Units including preparation of sales quotation, project budget sheet, purchase order and sales invoice
  • Manage inventory control, contract management and logistics
  • Work closely with internal and external parties to deliver results on time
  • Compile regular reports, forecast and analysis for management review
  • Organize and maintain database and filing system
  • Handle clients enquires and complaints
  • Streamline operation and work flow and enhance system to achieve work efficiencies
  • Handle ad hoc tasks as required


  • Degree holder in Business Administration, Logistics or related disciplines
  • 6 years’ relevant experience in which 3 year experience in managerial level
  • Previous experience in project management preferably in construction industry
  • Strong sales administration and operations support experiences
  • Proactive and willing to take up challenges
  • Mature, detail-oriented, good people management and problem solving skills
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Familiar with ERP system is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Candidates with more experience and qualifications will be considered as Senior Sales Administration Manager
