Customer Services Assistant (Langham Place)


  • Provide high quality customer services to our tenants and visitors in Grade A commercial building or shopping mall
  • Handle general enquiries and complaints, and daily operations of our property management services
  • Assist in handling promotional events and redemption programs


  • Certificate holder or above in Hospitality Management or other related disciplines
  • 1 year of customer service experience mainly gained from frontline customer interaction, hospitality or property management industry
  • Fresh graduates in Hospitality / Travel / Business Administration or related disciplines will also be considered
  • Cheerful, initiative, service-oriented and able to communicate with people of different culture background
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of spoken English and Chinese; fluent Putonghua is must
  • Willing to work on shift
