Location: Personnel Registry, Commerce and Economic Development Bureau (Commerce, Industry and Tourism Branch), 23/F, West Wing, Central Government Offices, 2 Tim Mei Avenue, Tamar, Hong Kong.
Duties(a) To perform clerical, filing and outdoor duties;
(b) To provide logistical and clerical support for meetings, briefings and site visits; and
(c) To handle enquiries and applications relating to the Mega Events Fund.
Entry Requirements(a)(i) Grade C/Level 3 or above in English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) together with four other subjects including Chinese Language and Mathematics at Grade E/Level 2 or above in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note 1); or
(ii) Level 3 or above in English Language together with four other subjects including Chinese Language and Mathematics at Level 2 or above in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent (Note 2);
(b) fluent in Cantonese and English while proficiency in Putonghua is preferred;
(c) good communication and interpersonal skills;
(d) proficient in computer applications including Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word processing;
(e) English typing 60 w.p.m. or above; Chinese typing 30 c.p.m. or above; and
(f) one-year relevant working experience in the Government.
