Customer Service Supervisor (Administration and Support)
Location: Administration & Support Section, 1823, Efficiency Unit, 10/F, Tower One, Ever Gain Plaza, 88 Container Port Road, Kwai Chung.
DutiesCandidate may be deployed for multitasks relating to a combination of the following functions:
(a) to provide administration and support services, such as handling matters on procurement, inventory control and records management; and
(b) to assist in recruitment and appointment matters as well as human resources management.
Candidate may be required to work in irregular hours and in inclement weather (such as during typhoon and black rainstorm). Successful candidate may be required to assume duty at short notice and are subject to deployment to any offices of 1823 in any district of Hong Kong.
Entry RequirementsCandidate should -
(a) have attained Level 2 or equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 1); or (ii) Level 2 / Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and
(b) have 2 years of full-time working experience in administration and support, of which at least 1 year should be at supervisory level; and
(c) be good knowledge in the application of common business software, including Chinese and English word processing.
Applicants are required to take a trade test.
