Job Description

IT Support

Location: Tsimshatsui


  • To Perform technical hardware/software operations support; installation, maintenance and testing both in house and at site
  • Set up PCs / Notebook with the required software and network access
  • To perform ICT asset management duties, including the physical stock-taking and auditing of hardware and software
  • To assist in ad-hoc IT projects and admin duties
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users
  • Follow up with users while the issue is being worked on and also after issue resolution


  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines
  • Good command of spoken/written English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)
  • Working experience in IT industry will be an advantage
  • Experience in general PC hardware/software and LAN installation
  • Good team player, good communication skills and hard-working
  • Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Willing to learn new technologies and solutions
