Provide advice to internal customers on all construction and casualty, third party, professional indemnity, employees compensation, and motor insurance related matters;
Evaluate external consultants' recommendations;
Handle insurance documents e.g. policies, endorsements, invoices etc.;
Create and maintain insurance and loss statistics and to perform insurance and loss analysis;
Advise internal customers on premium allocation and loss analysis in order to provide a clearer picture of risk financing and loss management;
Take recovery actions against insurers or liable third parties;
Provide advice to business units on recovery actions;
Review the claims and recovery systems and to develop and maintain the Insurance and Claims Manual;
Maintain good relationship with insurers, brokers and reinsures.
Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines;
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in the insurance sector;
Proven record demonstrating good commercial & contractual acumen;
A team player, dynamic, organised, systematic, and able to perform well under pressure;
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
