Gammon Fellows

Launched in 2002, Gammon University Fellowship Programme is a comprehensive one-year development programme which aims to offer career-enhancement opportunities for university undergraduates, both local and overseas. So far, more than 150 students have tasted the rewarding experience of joining our Fellowship Programme as Fellows. The key features of the Fellowship Programme include personal mentoring, training in 2016 summer, site visits, company activities, and priority to permanent career opportunity with Gammon. We see our Fellows as part of our team. You will be given real responsibilities and actual assignments, from which you will get considerable job satisfaction. Working with the construction professionals, you will also be able to learn, at first hand, about current trends and practice in a world-class construction business. University undergraduates pursuing Bachelor Degree programme and who are expected to graduate in 2018 are invited to apply. Eligible subjects include:
