Job Description

Human Resources Assistant - Recruitment Team (6 months contract)

Location: Lai Chi Kok

Main purpose of role:

Be responsible for the daily operation duties in HR of assigned Business Units and acts as a channel of communication between HR and operation staff within the Group.


  • Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment activities including candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, interview arrangement, orientation arrangement, etc
  • Work proactively to develop close working relationships with business so as to understand the manpower requirements of various projects and respond to their staffing needs;
  • Formulate and execute recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract talent to meet business needs;
  • Conduct recruitment activity using appropriate selection methodologies;
  • Assist in preparing the regular analyzing reports, market survey, market comparison and reports to management analysis and review;
  • Keep abreast of latest employment related ordinance to ensure compliance with all legal requirements; assist and recommend appropriate improvement for the work flow.


  • Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;
  • At least 2 year's human resources and administration experience with focus on recruitment functions;
  • Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese;
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications & Chinese Word Processing;
  • Details-minded, Independent, Self-initiative, Well-organized and good team player with enthusiastic and proactive behavior;
  • Capable of working in demanding and challenging environment;
  • Immediate available is highly preferable.
