Job Description

CAMS Controller

Location: Lai Chi Kok

Responsibilities:

  • Keep proper records on relevant log books & systems
  • Serve as Call Centre agent to answer telephone inquiries (BAS & Vehicle) or service order requests from customers
  • Handle systems generated breakdown calls; or pass it to responsible for further investigation and action
  • Input / Action temporary instructions by customer into systems
  • Prepare breakdown orders if customer require beyond Customer Care Centre
  • Communicate and co-operate with Sales / Maintenance / Installation engineer to make sure installed equipment is working fine, or pass it to responsible for furyher investigation and action;
  • Prepare daily report for Lojack & ITS to Chief Controller
  • Carry out administrative work during day-to-day operation if need
  • Observe environmental, health and safety policy and regulations

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above
  • Not less than 1 year work experience in customer service field
  • Good communication skills and telephone manner; sound customer service skills 
  • Proficient in both spoken and written in Chinese and English
  • Adept in general computer system operation and/or call centre telephone system operation
  • Patient and responsive, empathetic and customer-oriented, work-to-detail, responsible and reliable
