Customer Service Ambassador

Location: Mongkok


  • Greet our valuable customers and assist them for VIP registration
  • Offer assistance and excellent services to shoppers as needed
  • Handle customers’ complaints and feedback to Shop Manager for actions
  • Support store promotion events and ad hoc projects

** Work Location: Mongkok **


  • HKDSE or above
  • With 1 year of customer services/ hospitality experience
  • Pleasant, customer-oriented and good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent in English and Mandarin
  • Immediate available is preferred
